Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2025

At Michelle Dawn Hypnosis and Subconscious Resonance Healing, I offer deeply personalized services and energetic tools designed to support your transformation, healing, and reconnection. Because of the sacred and custom nature of this work, I have created the following refund policy to maintain clarity, energetic integrity, and fairness for both of us.

Sessions & Services

All hypnotherapy sessions, Soul Spark Readings, energy healing, and frequency-based appointments are non-refundable once booked. My time, focus, and energetic preparation are devoted to you before we even begin the session. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

Emergency reschedules will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

Digital Products

MP3s, frequency meditations, downloadable content, and emailed readings are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. These products are energetically attuned and cannot be returned once the resonance is received.

If there is a technical issue with your file (such as a download problem), please reach out and I’ll make sure you receive the correct format.

Custom Items

All handmade items, such as talismans, crystal tools, or personalized kits, are final sale. These are crafted intuitively and intentionally, and once creation begins, the energetic link is already formed.

If a physical item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order details. I’ll review and replace it if necessary.

Exceptions

Rare exceptions to this refund policy may be considered at my discretion in the event of an error on my part or in special compassionate cases. My goal is always resolution and respect.
