Shipping Policy

At Michelle Dawn Hypnosis and Subconscious Resonance Healing, we handcraft and ship select physical items such as custom talismans, artwork, or frequency-based tools with intention and care. Each order is fulfilled with personal attention to energy, quality, and timing.

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the item and the current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within Canada and offer limited international shipping by request. All packages are sent via Canada Post or another trusted courier with standard tracking included. Delivery times may vary by location:

Domestic (Canada): Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: Estimated 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

If there are delays beyond our control (postal interruptions, weather, etc.), we will notify you by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, and delivery location. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Some small or lightweight items may qualify for flat-rate shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at ellebau@hotmail.com with photos and a description. We will work with you to make it right.
