Use of Website and Services
This website is intended to provide access to educational, energetic, and therapeutic resources, including hypnotherapy, Soul Spark Readings, sound healing, and handmade energy tools. You agree not to misuse the content or claim authorship of any materials provided. By engaging with this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
Appointments and Booking
Sessions are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a partial charge at the discretion of the practitioner.
Payment & Refunds
All sessions and purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking or checkout. Due to the energetic nature of services and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Custom items, such as talismans or audio recordings, are non-refundable once production has begun.
In the case of physical product damage during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with a photo for review.
Intellectual Property
All written, audio, and visual content on this site is the property of Michelle Dawn Baumann and may not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without permission. This includes original healing frameworks, Soul Spark numerology systems, and guided recordings.
